I'm doing some research into behaviour change programs in the workplace, and in particular how they can be integrated into formal Environmental Management Systems.
Does anyone know of any examples where this has been done and/or research into this field?

I'm not aware of a specific case of integrating behaviour change programs into an EMS but you may be able to get some help from participants in the upcoming Show Me The Change conference (http://www.showmethechange.net.au/)
which is about understanding behaviour change for sustainability.
