Community-Based Environmental Sustainability Awareness Campaign
RFP #2011-04

The Town of Bluffton is soliciting sealed proposals from firms experienced in creating community-based social marketing campaigns. For the purpose of this project, consultants will be asked to develop a social marketing campaign that promotes environmental sustainability awareness in general, as well as specific ways to improve water quality in the May River.

This work is being funded by federal monies and preference will be given to certified women-owned and/or minority-owned (W/MBE), companies or individuals who are qualified to perform the required scope of work for this project. To be considered a certified W/MBE business, your company must be registered with the SC Governors Office of Small & Minority Business Assistance or any other recognized government agency which conducts a formal certification program.

Sealed proposals, including all necessary documents, are due by 11:00 AM on October 29, 2010 at Town Hall, PO Box 386, 20 Bridge St, Bluffton, South Carolina, 29910 clearly marked as: Attn: Town Clerk, RFP 2011-04, Social Marketing. Offerors must submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of their complete proposal.
