Thanks for posting this- in 2012 I hope to start working with our waste company and catering/ food hall contractors around this issue, as well as holding monthly short films during lunchtime for staff and students, and this (and the other related films that popped up at the end) are great resources for me to share! Truly, a picture is worth a thousand words.
