I am looking for programs or case studies that demonstate reduced energy consumption at Fire Stations by targeting behavior change. As a 24/7 operation, they are significant energy consumers. Any ideas, case studies, or relevant suggestions would be very much appreciated.

I was formerly with a municipality. We set up a program for our fire stations with support from the Fire Chief. He had me come to the monthly meetings of the batallion chiefs and we gave feedback on the energy performance of each fire station. It produced measurable results - but it was very dependent on the Chief. When he retired, the program ended.
