I am currently researching behaviours that reduce the use of single-use plastic bottles (specifically, single-use plastic water bottles). In particular, I am interested in the impact of using glassware in an organisation rather than single-use water bottles, and the reduction this would have on the quantity of plastic bottles used. Would anyone know of any findings that quantify this impact?
Similarly, if anyone knows of any findings that quantify the impact of using a reusable water bottle, rather than a single-use plastic water bottle, and the reduction this would have on the quantity of plastic bottles used, could you please point me in the right direction.
Im struggling to find data on both these areas, so any help is appreciated.

Hi Stu,
I have information (not sure if my data will be rigorous enough for you?) on our program at Chatham university, and how we transitioned our dinign services , including catering, to glassware, and how we use stainless steel water bottles for students. I'd be glad to tlak to you more to see if it would be helpful for you.
