Great to see that the World Health Organization has created a Technical Advisory Group on Behavioural Insights & Sciences for Health. The WHO account posted a detailed thread on Twitter that began with a video clip from a recent media briefing on this. The technical advisory group includes 22 outside experts from 16 countries, with expertise in areas including psychology, anthropology, health promotion, neuroscience, behavioural economics, social marketing and more. Several folks have posted the attached graphic (attributed to WHO) on Twitter, which gives a nice overview of the approach and what’s included. The group is chaired by Cass Sunstein, and has Ross Gordon representing social marketing.
