Alta Planning & Design, an active transportation company based in Portland, Oregon, is seeking a Programs Specialist who will lead and support projects by designing, implementing and evaluating active transportation, transportation demand management (TDM), and traffic safety programs. The position is being offered remotely at present but will be located on site in Portland once they can reopen.
The position will lead and support many types of transportation campaigns, including the following:
