Thanks for your question. If you search through past forums, you can find similar questions that were posed a few years ago that garnered a number of responses. For example, there is a question titled, "Water quality, riparian zone management, storm water management and sustainable use of water resources" by Jamie McCamon in 2012. Also, there is a question titled, "Community Based Social Marketing that Improves Rural Water Quality" by Gretchen Johnston in 2007. There were responses to both of these questions that could be helpful for you.
