Hi all,

The Southern Ontario Behavioural Decision Research Conference registration is now open for those of you who are in the area. This conference brings together researchers and academics from Ontario universities (and beyond) who are interested in how people make judgments and decisions.

This year’s conference will take place at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management on Tuesday, May 14, 2024. This is a one-day in person event. Speakers will be from a variety of disciplines, with the keynote address from Professor Eric Johnson, Director of the Centre for Decision Sciences at Columbia Business School.

Here are a few examples of session talks:

-       Motivating sustainable energy consumption within organizations: The role of artificial intelligence and behavioral insights

-       To donate or not: Fewer options increase total donations

-       The morality of meaningful consumption

There are no fees for this conference, but you will need to register before May 1st at 5pm in order to attend. For more information or to register, click here
