I am looking for a checklist that quantifies the benefits greening a person's life style. What is saved if I use cloth bags? What is saved if I join a car pool or take mass transit instead of my car to work? What is saved if I buy food at local farmers markets and then buy organic foods only?
Thanks

Here are some ideas, not sure if this is what you are looking for:
http://www.dailykos.com/storyonly/2009/2/11/85148/9688
. . .a link to a great blog on conservation, and measuring what is saved by changing our behaviors, by Chapter 1 on DailyKos. Towards the bottom of the article is a link to an online program:
http://YesWeConserve.com
that is an application on Facebook that gives you a description for each energy saving idea, pros and cons, a how-to, and a list of your friends who have implemented it.
Also, I recently discovered this handy dandy site with some very accessible PDF's at:

This link helps to calculate Return on Investment for Green Remodeling:

also, a link to the google Power meter at http://www.google.org/powermeter/
