I was wondering if anyone knew of articles that examine behaviors through qualitative methods, especially the use of interviews. I am looking to use TRA/TPB to examine the beliefs of students who are demonstrating proenvironmental behaviors on two university campuses. I was hoping to look at examples of other researchers examining behaviors with interviews. I have looked at Dunns Beliefs about Fast Foods but am having trouble finding other articles with the qualitative methods.

You could try this Victoria University student group called Gecko http://union.vuw.ac.nz/union/students-clubs/gecko they take up environmental issues both on and off campus.

Gary,
I did a quick Google Search for TRA/TPB and Economics and found a bunch of articles in the scholarly section. This is one of them: http://www.enhr2007rotterdam.nl/documents/W19_paper_Griendt.pdf
If you have access to the EconLit database through your library, you might be able to find more articles. Good luck :)
