As Doug's book cites, one article titled "Personal Communication" sites an Australian study that identified over 200 behaviors related to residential energy efficiency. I have not been able to find a copy of this article anywhere online, and am hoping to find that list of behaviors. I am currently beginning a CBSM plan for my organization and this example would be extremely useful!

Hello Alison, what exactly are you looking for? I'm a environmental consultant here in Townsville, the city you speak of, and work closely with the Integrated Sustainability Solutions Unit responsible. In fact, you may also like to know the ISSU recently won the IBM smart city award, the only place to do so in the Oceania Region, partly based on the work you refer to.
You might like to also contact Mr Greg Bruce, via [email protected] Greg is the Head of our ISSU and please feel free to mention my name.
