Hi All
I am looking at setting up a community of practice within my organisation focusing on invasive species (plants and animals) and would like to hear from others that have set or in the process of setting up similar groups on how best to ensure they operate effectively, TOR and other related information/documentation

Hi Barney,
I don't have anything to offer regarding communities of practice, but I thought you might be interested in this slidecast of my talk on Compassionate systems, behaviour change, and invasive species.
Cheers,
Ruben.

Hi,
You might try the Invasive Species Council of BC. A former colleague was instrumental in creating the organization. Their website contains information about its history, current programs, and contacts: http://www.bcinvasives.ca/
