I am trying to find studies that specifically correlate increases in property values to proximity to either existing or restored/created natural heritage features, including grey literature. Would like to use as basis for news release aimed at engaging public in largesscale habitat restoration initiative.
Any help much appreciated!

Hi Kate,
search about Noosa township in Queensland Australia. Built around a National Park has boasted some of the highest property prices in Australia for many years and a decidely green Council that led the way in Australia around natural protection. They even closed down a huge caravan park/camping ground on the mouth of their river and constructed some car parking amongst large areas of natural revegetation. They also created an events calendar that enablewd them to showcase the natural beuaty of the area, in cluding one of Australia's largest triathlons.
