As described in this article, the firm The Behavioural Architects has released a free resource to help with physical distancing and people movement, specifically the behaviors of “travelling or visiting at the same time, causing congestion, and preventing loitering in high-footfall areas, e.g. the bottom of stairs or escalators.” You can download the guide as a pdf here.

The guide references concepts such as saliency, priming, cognitive ease, defaults, building behavioural feedback, reframing and social norms.
